Design and calibration of intake model for electric supercharged gasoline engine

چکیده

Abstract The electric supercharger can significantly increase the transient intake air charge of engine, thus increasing power output engine under heavy load conditions. However, traditional in-cylinder calculation model has calibration workload and low portability, is not suitable for supercharged gasoline engine. In order to reduce difficulty improve accuracy estimation, based on an this paper simplifies actual process into valve overlap period free period, proposes estimation with pressure sensor as main mean value model. Three unknown coefficients, i.e., residual exhaust gas correction coefficient ɑ 1 , heat transfer 2 between manifold fresh gas, effective flow area 3 in are calibrated by using simulation data numerical Compared results, established accurately estimate external characteristic condition, error within 5%, which provide theoretical reference
